GIS' comprehensive in-house library contains the complete content of more than 1,500 technical books dating as far back as 1973. Our extensive library includes most data books from notable companies such as Motorola, Texas Instruments, National Semiconductor, Intel as well as Fairchild, RCA and Mostek. The collection comprises content across all subject areas; memories (SRAM/DRAM), microprocessors, peripherals, and more.

If you're looking for technical data not related to a specific manufacturer, GIS provides custom research services. As an alternative, make an appointment and come view the library at your leisure. To augment this extensive library, GIS also has various conference proceedings/short courses available as well.

A mandatory $50 US user fee must be paid before any request is initiated. Should the requested document be found, this fee will be waived.
